Rishabh is a qualified Chartered Accountant and CFA level 3 candidate, with a Bachelor of Commerce degree from Delhi University. He has a passion for corporate finance, valuation, and M&A, and has gained experience in various sectors and geographies. He is currently an Assistant Manager-Financial Advisory at Deloitte, where he is part of the International Valuations team, focusing on infrastructure projects such as renewable energy, airports, social infrastructure, highways, district heating, motorway service areas, and timber plantations. He works with private equity clients across Europe and Australia, providing valuation and advisory services. He has also performed business valuations, valuation reviews and Purchase Price Allocations in the TMT sector for Fortune 500 clients. Previously, he was an Associate at EY India's Business Valuations team, and a Valuation Consultant for multiple startups and MNCs. In his previous roles, Rishabh has also advised small and medium scale businesses on value creation strategies such as ring-fencing, demergers, stake sales, and diversification. He has strong skills in financial modeling, valuation, and corporate finance.
