About me

He is a mechanical engineer with a Master's in Mechanical Engineering from Birla Institute of Technology and Science (BITS), Pilani, India, where he achieved a CGPA of 9.12/10.0. He also holds a Bachelor of Engineering (Hons.) in Manufacturing Engineering from the same institution, where he ranked first in his class of 55 students with a CGPA of 9.45/10.0. He has experience in product engineering, project management, and research. He has worked as a Product Engineer at DRIFE Technologies Pvt. Ltd., where he introduced automated testing using Selenium web drivers for 40+ modules of the mobile app. He has also worked as a Manager of Projects at Yamunanagar Engineering Cluster Pvt. Ltd., where he managed and commissioned industrial projects related to 3D scanning and 3D printing. Rishabh has also worked as a Research Fellow at the University of Minnesota - Carlson School of Management, where he evaluated the effects of AI advice on human confidence in decision-making. He has also completed internships at Bharat Forge Ltd, Pune, India, and Chanderpur Works Pvt Ltd, Haryana, India, where he gained experience in production planning and control and quality control, respectively. He has been involved in various projects, including designing and manufacturing a wheelchair to assist in transfers to a car or bed, which earned him the Avery Dennison Invent Scholarship for innovating for social welfare. He has also designed, simulated, and fabricated an all-terrain vehicle for the BAJA-student competition, finishing 8th overall and 4th in static events, raising $7,000 by crowd-funding and alumni support. He possesses proficiency in several programming languages, including R, C, C++, and LATEX. He also has experience with various software and simulation tools, including Postman, pgAdmin, ABAQUS, ANSYS Workbench, Arduino, Inventor, SolidWorks, SolidCAM, AutoCAD, Pro-E, Fusion 360, and MATLAB. In addition to his academic and professional accomplishments, Rishabh has received various scholarships and awards, including the Avery Dennison Scholarship, the Willoughby IDS Fellowship, and the school topper scholarship. He has also been involved in extracurricular activities, such as supporting and volunteering for stray dogs and cows protection societies, videography and voice-over for undergraduate workshop practice video modules, and conducting ANSYS and SolidWorks workshops for undergraduate and graduate students.
