I have led a dynamic team of 7 in building an innersourced Design System library, ensuring a cohesive and intuitive user experience across all Ford verticals. A key achievement has been pioneering on architecting the design system structure, which has significantly streamlined development processes and facilitated easy integration of diverse design themes. My commitment to performance is evident in successfully reducing unthrottled LCP time from 7.29 seconds to an impressive 2.39 seconds, reduction of the bundle size from 3.46mb to 136kb (96.16% reduction), directly enhancing overall user satisfaction and enhancing the web vitals and SEO. Prior to Ford Pro, I gained valuable experience as a Software Developer at Verificient Technologies, where I focused on implementing crucial interface functionalities like screen sharing and video/audio call detection. I also played a key role in resolving performance bottlenecks, significantly boosting system efficiency, and enjoyed guiding team members on new technologies. Currently, I'm expanding my expertise by pursuing a Master of Engineering in Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning at the Indian Institute of Technology, Kanpur (expected July 2027).
