Testimonials
I really had a great session with Rirshi. He shared valuable engineering insights and is an excellent listener, every response was thoughtful and exactly on point. Relaxed, easy conversation and incredibly helpful.
Rirshi's session was incredibly helpful and insightful. He took the time to share thoughtful perspectives on career growth, company culture, and give honest advice, which I found extremely valuable.
Rishi was very personal and knowledgeable. I appreciate the wisdom shared on all the aspects of job applications, interviewing process, and timelines.
Rirshi is one of those rare mentors who doesn't just offer advice - he truly listens. He takes the time to understand the full picture - the context, the challenges, the uncertainties - before sharing his perspective. And when he does, his recommendations come from a place of genuine honesty. In a world where people are often too busy to pause, Rirshi makes the time - and that generosity has made a real difference in my journey. I'm deeply grateful for his time and mentorship.

About me
Hi, I'm Rirshi. I lead TPM work on Databricks' Inference and Compute planning team. Before that, I spent 8+ years at Amazon building GenAI and ML products, from GenAI evaluation to visual search and ranking.
I was also an Amazon Bar Raiser and sat in on 250+ interviews. So I know how hiring committees decide, what interviewers actually write in their feedback, and where most candidates lose points without realizing it.
I've mentored PMs, TPMs, and Engineers through career moves at Amazon, Microsoft, Meta, and others.
Things I can help with:
- Big Tech interview prep: behavioral, system design, case rounds
- What Hiring Manager and Bar Raisers look for, and how to clear the bar
- PM and TPM career moves: breaking in, leveling up, choosing the right role
- Resumes and stories that hold up in a hiring committee
I keep sessions direct and practical, based on what I've seen from both sides of the table.
