A research & analysis futurist, data-driven co-founder of a ’one-of-its-kind’ multi-functional think tank, an ACPYL fellow and former Psephologist with impeccable understanding of grass-root level intricacies garnered by touring 5000+ villages across 15+ states, and above all, a grounded leader who has built a strong organisation from scratch with world-class quality at the centre of it all. She has closely worked with and advised political stalwarts like Shri Sunil Bansal, Shri Baijayant Panda and Shri Ratnakar. Her path breaking research stints involve Gujarat Elections (2022), Uttar Pradesh Assembly Elections (2022), Manipur Assembly Elections (2022), Assam Assembly Elections (2021) and Bihar Assembly Elections (2020) (all on state-level). She has, so far, researched for 10+ Assembly Elections and has a 100% success rate with respect to the accuracy of her findings. Rimjhim is a firm believer of working right at the bottom of the pyramid while echoing the Honourable Prime Minister’s vision in each village of Bharat. With this vision, she founded Sapiens Research and Analysis and GRAMYA, both focusing on taking a grassroot-driven approach while addressing social and political problem statements. Rimjhim works on empowering villages first and hence, her methodology includes creating a diverse network (with fifty percent of female surveyors) of grassroot surveyors in each assembly constituency to gather unbiased and candid local perspectives while building a trusted ecosystem of grassroot consultants. Currently, she has 3000+ grassroot researchers working with her across 450+ assembly constituencies of the country and aspires to build the largest network of rural consultants across the country under Sapiens Research and Analysis. While GRAMYA has more than 2000 Sarpanches using the digital radio platform as their voice to register feedback on pertinent policy matters. Rimjhim has, in the past, carried out ground research in challenging terrains like naxal-inflicted villages of Bastar and insurgency-hit areas of Manipur and Nagaland and has 5+ years of experience in the domain of political research.
