Career Roadmap — 12-Month Strategy Session
You've had the "what should I do next" conversation with five people. None of it landed.
Most career advice is either generic ("follow your passion") or self-serving ("do what I did"). What you actually need is someone who's navigated the exact tradeoffs you're weighing and will tell you the real answer, not the comfortable one.
I've spent the last 5 years making career moves across geographies, company types, and functional roles. Service-based to product-based, India to US and back, Walmart to FAANG. Some moves worked. Several didn't. I'll tell you which of yours is which.
In 40 minutes you'll get:
- An honest read on your current position — what you're underselling, what you're overvaluing
- 2–3 realistic 12-month paths based on your profile, with the tradeoffs of each (money, visa, growth, risk, lifestyle)
- A 90-day action plan we'll build together on the call — week-by-week, not vague "network more" advice
- The specific people, communities, or resources that'll unlock your next move
- Direct referrals and introductions when they genuinely make sense (no transactional networking)
Book this if:

What you need to send before the call. Your resume, your LinkedIn URL, and a 4–5 sentence note on what you're weighing. I spend around 20 minutes prepping each roadmap session, so coming in cold is a waste of your ₹1,299.
