As a Microbiologist at Apotex Inc., I perform environmental sampling and testing to ensure the sterility and quality of pharmaceutical products. I follow USP/EP guidelines and adhere to GDP standards for data recording and result documentation. I also assist management in investigations and reports if any OOT/OOS is observed. I have a strong academic background in biotechnology and genetic engineering, with honours degrees from Centennial College and SRM University. I have also gained valuable research experience in butterfly DNA isolation, purification, and amplification, as well as behavioural studies on gene transfer. I am proficient in laboratory skills such as PCR, gel electrophoresis, and microbial identification. I am passionate about applying my knowledge and skills to contribute to the advancement of biotechnology and healthcare.
