Developer → PM/Scrum→ MBA → Senior TPM → Lead.🚀 If you’re figuring out your next move, I’ve probably navigated something similar. I’ve spent the last 7+ years figuring out career moves the hard way — from software development to Business Analysis, Project Management, Scrum and Technical Program Management, and eventually into leadership. I’m a UCD Smurfit MBA alum, now based in Dublin, and have worked across organisations including Mastercard, Tripadvisor, Jio and startups. What can we talk about? • 🎓MBA ->is it right for you, how to approach it (Global MBA advantages) • UCD MBA -> applications, experience, life in Dublin & career transition • 💻Engg to Scrum /PM/TPM -> making the switch and positioning your experience • 📈Career growth ->navigating your next move and stepping into leadership • 🌍Moving abroad ->my experience going from India to Ireland I’m not here to give you a textbook answer. I’ve made these transitions myself, and I’m happy to share what worked, what didn’t, and what I wish I’d known earlier. Bring your questions, let’s chat. :)
