Most resumes read like job descriptions copy-pasted into a Word doc. "Managed team of 5." "Handled client communications." That tells a hiring manager nothing about whether you're actually good.
In this session, I'll audit your entire resume — structure, content, bullet points, ATS compatibility. Then I'll rewrite your top 3 experience bullets using the format that actually works: what you did + what changed because of it, with numbers
I'll also do keyword optimization for the specific roles you're applying to. If you're targeting consulting or analyst roles, your resume needs different keywords than if you're going for marketing or ops.
You get one revision round — send me your updated resume within 7 days and I'll review the changes.
What I won't do: write your entire resume from scratch or make it "look pretty." This is about substance and structure, not design. And if you need help figuring out what career direction to go in first, book the Career Strategy session instead — this one assumes you know what you're aiming for.
