Hi, I’m Richa Sinha — a corporate HR leader turned entrepreneur, mentor, and founder of SHE Wealth, a financial education platform for women. Over the last 20+ years, I’ve led HR, CSR, Training, and Consulting functions at organisations like FICCI, Schaeffler, IFFCO, Heidrick & Struggles, and Stryker — in roles ranging from Director to Country Head to Asia-Pacific Lead. I’ve helped these organisations navigate large-scale growth, cultural transformation, and complex people challenges across geographies. Across MNCs, Indian companies, NGOs, and startups, I’ve worked deeply in areas of HR strategy, DE&I, leadership development, and mentoring — all with one core goal: Building purposeful careers and people-positive cultures.
