Hi, I'm Richard, how can I help you?! I am an experienced leader in the DevSecOps/Platform Engineering space with over 30 years spanning FinTech, Assurance, Consulting (Insurance, Utilities, Retail) Crypto and Energy sectors. I have worked at all scales from Start-Up to Multinational. I'm currently focused on practising and refining my Career Coaching abilities, in order to better support individuals and organisations in making and committing to technical career and leadership decisions. Most recently I provided leadership (3.5yrs) to a Platform Engineering (DevOps) function within a scale-up Financial Data Services provider based in London. I also helped scale a start-up Crypto Custodian through their first 2yrs as Solution Architect for a suite of SDLC services including Infra-as-Code, CI/CD pipelines, service monitoring dashboards, CyberSecurity dashboard, Support Management. My earlier experience was gained through roles including UK/EU DevOps Lead for a global IT services organisation and a couple of multinational Investment Banks. I also bring experience of managing Resourcing Delivery for a multinational finance institution.
