I’ve spent 16+ years in automotive and performance engineering working across aero, thermal, CFD, wind tunnels, and full-vehicle integration in large OEM and performance programs. People often come in asking “How do I get into motorsports or F1?” What we usually end up doing is stepping back and evaluating fit, probability, constraints, and tradeoffs — technical, personal, financial, and geographic — that rarely get discussed honestly. My background is in real program execution: cross-functional engineering, system-level tradeoffs, manufacturability, and the decisions that separate simulations from vehicles that actually ship. That lens carries directly into how I approach careers and engineering paths. In parallel, I’ve privately mentored and advised startup founders and technical leaders — before, during, and after company formation — including business planning, technical strategy, and decision-making under uncertainty.
