Hey, I’m Richa — an Oxford graduate, lifelong learner, and now an Admissions Consultant helping Indian students get into top universities in the UK, US, and beyond. I’ve always been deeply passionate about learning and excelling academically, which has driven me to consistently top my class and earn numerous awards throughout my school years. From a young age, I developed a strong interest in coding and entrepreneurship, which led me to collaborate with Goldman Sachs to develop an app and kickstart my journey as a student entrepreneur. I went on to pursue my Bachelors and Masters in Engineering at the University of Oxford, where I graduated with a First Class degree and received the Engineering Scholarship for my exceptional exam results. While at Oxford, I also took on leadership roles in several societies, organized a wide range of events, and even had the chance to interview celebrities like Sanya Malhotra. My time there also involved working on several tech projects—one of which took me to the Czech Republic, where I helped develop a game that was later showcased at the prestigious Barbican Curve Gallery in London. I also published a research paper on using machine learning for self-driving vehicles. I also authored a non-fiction book called The Conflicting Contradiction. After a year working in the fast-paced startup world at Hyperexponential in London in the InsurTech space, I moved back to Bangalore to contribute to and grow my family business. Originally focused on plastic manufacturing, I expanded the business by starting an import-export subsidiary that trades with 14 countries. This has taught me a lot about negotiation and working with people from diverse cultures. I’m someone who constantly loves learning and growing throughout my life—whether it's picking up new skills, exploring different industries, or engaging with people from all walks of life. When I’m not working, I enjoy traveling, watching movies, and just enjoying life. I’m a pretty chill, go-with-the-flow kind of person who enjoys good laughs and easygoing conversations. As an extrovert, I thrive on connecting with people, learning from them, and having fun along the way.
