It was a pleasure interacting with Richa. Her perspective on tackling interviews is extremely insightful and, believe me, far more informative than what’s covered in her videos. I’d definitely recommend booking a session with her!

I recently had a career guidance conversation with Ms. Richa Motwani, and it was truly one of the most insightful discussions I’ve ever had. She is an IIT alumna and an IIM postgraduate, yet she speaks with such humility, warmth, and clarity that it becomes very easy to learn from her. I shared my complete background and career doubts with her, and she guided me with patience and a friendly attitude. She explained everything from career direction to CFA vs MBA in a very clear and practical way. Her advice was extremely helpful and perfectly aligned with what I needed at this stage of my career. One thing that especially stayed with me was her guidance on overthinking. She said that when we are truly working towards our goals, our focus naturally shifts to growth and effort, leaving no room for unnecessary overthinking. This perspective really motivated me. Overall, it was a genuinely valuable and encouraging conversation. I’m grateful for the time she invested in guiding me, and her advice has given me much more confidence and clarity in my career journey.
