About me

With my background in product management, I have a proven track record of reliably delivering large and complex initiatives, often involving multiple teams. I am skilled in requirement elicitation, analysis, domain modeling, use case modeling, workflow design, and documentation, and have experience translating product roadmap initiatives and feature requests into models, workflow diagrams, epics, user stories, acceptance criteria, and other suitable artifacts. I have strong knowledge of the design, business logic, and technical architecture of platform components and can identify and coordinate cross-component dependencies throughout the development process. Additionally, I have a talent for presenting to the team, the business, C-level executives, and customer stakeholders. As a natural leader and go-to expert in my product line, I will collaborate closely with Product Management, Sales, Support, clients, and other PMs to produce and manage their component's backlog and contribute to the product roadmap. I am experienced in Agile and Scrum development methodologies and can facilitate daily stand-ups, backlog refinement, sprint planning, demos, retrospectives, and other team meetings with my agile team(s). I have hands-on experience with backend services and APIs, reporting, analytics, and big data concepts, as well as enterprise software and Software-As-A-Service (SaaS). I hold a degree in Engineering, and have 5+ years of experience as a product manager or product owner.
