Hi, I’m Richa. I work in luxury marketing with EssilorLuxottica, managing part of the elite and prestige portfolio across global brands such as Prada, Miu Miu, Versace, Jimmy Choo, Swarovski and others. Before entering the industry, I completed my MBA in Luxury Business Management from SDA Bocconi in Milan, one of the world’s leading institutions for luxury education. Over time, I realised that many students and young professionals are drawn to the luxury industry but struggle to find clear, practical guidance on how to enter it, especially from India. Questions around luxury education, global career pathways, and what brands actually look for in talent often remain unanswered.
