I have a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in HRM from the Institute of Business Administration, one of the well-known universities in my country. I also earned a Microsoft Office Specialist certification in 2016. I have previous experience in customer support, data analysis, and HRMS interning, where I handled international calls and chats, reviewed applications, solved queries, and learned about human resources information systems.
