I am a graduate student in the Counselling Psychology program at UBC, with extensive experience in empowering and supporting individuals from diverse backgrounds and ages. My roles as a Crisis Responder and Mental Health Speaker have uniquely equipped me to enhance mental health literacy and provide meaningful one-on-one support.
