I help people navigate the messy middle, the space between who you've been and who you're becoming. I'm the first Indian student to complete the MS in Executive Coaching at New York University, a 2 times TEDx speaker, an O-1 visa holder, and someone who has lived through her own identity transitions — across countries, across careers, across everything that once felt certain. Before NYC, I spent 5 years in India working in emotional wellbeing and soft skills coaching, certified by NABET and SQA. I'm also a Level 2 Reiki healer, sitting with people through some of their hardest moments, mind and body both. I founded Coffee & Catharsis, a community in NYC built on the belief that nobody should have to walk through the hard parts of life alone. We've partnered with AWS, NYU, Pace University, and the NYPD, among others. My coaching is for the person who has outgrown something but hasn't fully stepped into what's next. The one who feels the pull of change but doesn't know which direction to move. I call that space the portal. I know how to help you use it.
