As a Project Lead in the FMCG industry, I am responsible for overseeing the design, development, and implementation of various projects related to manufacturing processes, equipment, and facilities. My role is crucial in ensuring that these projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet the required quality standards and GMP guidelines. I collaborate with cross-functional teams, including manufacturing, procurement, quality, and safety, to identify and prioritize project goals and requirements. I also work closely with external vendors and contractors to manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively. I am passionate about solving complex engineering problems, propose and implement effective solutions that enhance the overall efficiency and effectiveness of the production processes. As a Project Lead, I take pride in my ability to develop and maintain strong relationships with all stakeholders involved in the project, from external stakeholders and senior management to front-line employees. This enables me to effectively communicate project updates, risks, and opportunities, and ensure that everyone is aligned and engaged in achieving our project goals.
