I have over 12 years of experience in leading and executing various initiatives to enhance the alumni network, foster relationships, and promote the ISB brand globally. My core competencies include project management, stakeholder management, event management, branding and marketing, and finance. Successfully managed multiple projects simultaneously, creating efficient workflows, defining processes, and optimizing resources. I have built and maintained strong relationships with diverse stakeholders, such as the Managing Board, Advisory Board, Professors, Chapter Leadership, Alumni, Industry Leaders, and Internal/External teams. Managed the budget and financial operations of the alumni association. Led alumni engagement through various events across the globe, resulting in increased alumni endowment and participation. Additionally, I have played a key role in developing and implementing marketing strategies, overseeing in-house creative production, and introducing innovative features to enhance the ISBAA brand image and visibility.
