Well, that’s my story. I have a knack for solving problems and a passion for telling impactful stories. Tailor-made for a marketer’s profile, I started off my career in Mumbai with a key focus on digital marketing. To quench my thirst for more, I mentored a few start-ups, took several guest lectures and published a couple of case studies on influencer marketing and retail businesses. But just when I thought reaching the pinnacle was inevitable, my passion made me an entrepreneur by chance. Jaipur became my new home as I co-found and curated an e-commerce store, Jewelove. Nourished with sheer passion and commitment, our project grew exponentially into quite a successful venture within a year. As the journey progressed, I was personally blessed with several accolades. My successful implementation of Influencer Marketing Campaign & User Generated Content increased the business turnover by 10%-15% and established Jewelove as the brand. This Digital initiative became a case study at Social Samosa and published. My strive for success convinced me to take up a challenging role at Punchh as an Associate GM. Within a span of 6 months, I was encouraged to lead the TA (Talent Acquisition) division and eventually to lead India’s HR team. Leveraging my entrepreneurial style, I have developed and executed various HR strategies thereby enabling a transformative growth in business.
