About me
Build A Therapist is therapy practice run by Renuka Kavishwar. She holds a M.Sc. in Psychology with a specialization in Counseling. She is an REBT therapist and ADHD informed, having 2+ years of therapy experience, conducted over 1000+ successful therapy sessions and interaction with 300+ clients.
Certified and trained in Rational Emotive Behavior Therapy from Albert Ellis Institute, New York, Renuka has worked in a rural mental health initiative in Jalna district, making use of her skills to help rural people who are far away from the concept of therapy and counseling.
She can speak fluently in 3 languages; English, Hindi & Marathi, which make her therapy services accessible.
Alongside therapy, Renuka strives to alleviate stigma around mental health professional seeking help due to imposter syndrome, burnout, compassion fatigue, and shame.
