Distant Reiki : 7 Chakras Balancing

During the 7 Chakras Balancing Session, Reiki will flow from the Crown Chakra downwards, addressing each chakra until reaching the Root Chakra. The 7 chakras will undergo cleansing and charging in the first half, while the remaining duration will focus on balancing the 6 chakras with the Crown Chakra. ✨ 🌀 🌈

PROCESS:

• The video call commences with guidance on how to receive the healing.
• You'll be provided with soothing healing music matching our session's duration. Please play it on your personal device from the session's onset.
• As the music starts, you'll be led into a deep meditation, establishing an energetic connection for healing within the initial 15 minutes.
• Following the meditation, the Reiki healing commences.
• Microphones will be muted during healing to prevent external disturbances from interfering with our session and will be unmuted towards the session's conclusion.
• We'll conclude the healing by creating a protective shield, guiding you back to the present moment. ✨

PREPARATION:

• A stable internet connection is essential for a seamless session and an optimal experience.
• Select a disturbance-free space for the session's duration.
• During the healing, you may comfortably sit on a chair, bed, or mattress in Sukhasana, or lie down on the bed. Please arrange your desired setup before the call.
• Access the session via your computers/laptops, allowing your mobile devices to be turned off or set to silent mode.
• Ensure your stomach is partially empty and your bladder is fully empty for an uninterrupted session.
• Have 1 L of drinking water prepared, to be consumed immediately after the session. ✨

PRECAUTIONS:

• If you're taking medication for any ailment, it's advisable to continue your medication regimen without interruption.
• Reiki enhances the body's energy function, much like medication enhances physiological functions.
• Reiki serves as a complementary therapy, not a replacement for treatment. While Reiki aids in its function, it's essential to allow medications to fulfill their purpose. ✨

PLEASE NOTE: This healing session can also be booked for a loved one who is unable to meet over a video call. Reiki will be sent remotely to them. Since this is energy healing, connecting in person or on internet isn't mandatory. Simply provide their photo, name, age, and your consent for Reiki healing transmission.
