Career guidance with Regunanthan Kumaravel (Regu)

Navigating your career as a Co-op student, international graduate, or mid-senior engineer can be challenging, but I’m here to help! Having completed my postgraduate studies at Durham College and grown through roles at top global firms like Deloitte, Tiger Analytics, and Chubb Insurance, I understand the current job market, hiring expectations, and how to position yourself for top-tier AI and engineering roles.

What I Offer:

• Co-op/Intern to Full-Time Strategy: Clear guidance on how to maximize your internship impact and convert it into a full-time offer.
• Resume & LinkedIn Optimization: Tailor your technical projects, cloud skills (AWS/Azure), and production ML workflows to grab recruiters' attention.
• Job Search & Networking Strategies: Leverage targeted outreach, LinkedIn positioning, and referrals to bypass traditional ATS applications.
• Interview Prep & Technical Readiness: Practice technical storytelling, system design basics, and behavioral interview techniques for AI/ML roles.
• Navigating the Canadian Tech Market: Practical, real-world insights for international students and new grads building a career in Canada.

Whether you're looking to land your first co-op placement, secure a full-time AI/ML role after graduation, or navigate career growth in tech, I’ll provide personalized, actionable feedback based on real industry experience.
