I am a software architect with 18 years of IT experience, I worked on integration and implementation projects with systems from Infor, IFS, Microsoft, Epicor, ServiceNow and SalesForce. I worked with Cognos, SSRS and Crystal Reports BI Tools, and have been an Oracle-certified DBA and MongoDB-certified DBA & Developer. I performed in software development roles with experience in .NET, Python, PHP, Ruby and Java (polyglot full-stack software developer, Dev-Ops, mobile apps - iOS & Android), and have previously also filled the roles of a system administrator (Linux, Windows) and database administrator (Oracle, MS SQL, MongoDB, MySQL). I have experience in working with healthcare prior authorization, ERP, content manangement, enterprise asset management, hospitality, HRMS, CRM, incident tracking, knowledge base, business intelligence, GIS, and social media systems. I worked on systems integration projects involving InforEAM, IFS Applications, Microsoft Dynamics NAV, FSI Concept Evolution, and SalesForce and used SSIS, MSMQ, RabbitMQ, and web services. I have been trained on SAP Business One.
My research dissertation was on the use of open source software in software development organizations. I used a quantitative research method and used IBM SPSS for the data analysis. I performed an independent research study on the implementation of software systems in maintenance firms.
