About me

Hi - I'm Ravi, Co-Founder of Learnnovators, a multiple award-winning organization that designs and develops custom e-learning solutions for the workplace. Since its inception in 2003, Learnnovators has crafted 15,000+ hours of learning content in 60+ languages for 200+ clients across 5 continents. Along the way, we've also won 60+ international e-learning awards for our innovative solutions. Prior to co-founding Learnnovators, I spent a decade in franchising. During this period, I established and operated the largest network of IT training centers in the world (5,000+ centers in 50+ countries). In addition to my experience in entrepreneurship and L&D, I am dedicated to personal coaching, career mentorship, and personal brand building. Among the several awards and recognitions that I have been honoured with, I have also served as a member of the "United Nations ICT Task Force", been featured among "Modern India's Game Changers" by Forbes in 2020 and am recognised as a "LinkedIn Top E-Learning Voice".
