About me
I am a practising advocate based in Mumbai, specialising in civil and criminal litigation, with a strong focus on real estate and property law and white-collar offences. I have extensive courtroom experience before the Bombay High Court, Trial Courts, and tribunals including RERA, Consumer Forums, and Revenue Authorities across Mumbai and multiple districts of Maharashtra.
My practice covers property and real estate disputes, commercial conflicts, arbitration matters, consumer litigation, family matters, and criminal proceedings involving white-collar and financial offences. This exposure gives me deep insight into how legal disputes progress in courts and tribunals, and how pleadings and documents are examined and interpreted in real cases.
My litigation background enables me to advise clients on practical legal strategy, risk assessment, and likely outcomes, helping them make informed decisions at every stage of a dispute. Alongside active courtroom practice, I also handle contract drafting, real estate documentation, and trademark filings, ensuring legally sound, compliant, and enforceable documentation.
I am also passionate about mentoring aspiring lawyers and regularly write LinkedIn posts and blog articles on litigation practice to guide law students and junior advocates. You can read my work at www.ravindraslegal.com
Through Topmate, my goal is to provide clear, structured, and actionable legal advice, backed by real advocacy experience, to help clients understand their legal position, plan effective next steps, and navigate complex legal challenges with confidence.
