Hi Buddy!

I know you want to put your best foot forward in an interview. But the pressure kills it. I get it been there, done that. Also, learned from it.

There are generally three types of interviews you'll run into for operations and ops-leadership roles:

  1. CV-based interview the "getting to know you" round, walking through your resume and journey
  2. HR interview culture fit, compensation expectations, and the softer questions
  3. Hiring Manager / Functional interview this is where they test your actual operations depth: SLA/KPI thinking, process design, team leadership, and how you handle escalations
  4. Case / Scenario-based interview a live operational problem (e.g., "SLA dropped 10% this week walk me through how you'd fix it") to see how you think on your feet

I know nothing about you except your CV going in. That's actually the best part because your interviewer usually only knows your CV too, so my read on you will be close to theirs. Unlike an HR round though, I'll give you direct, specific feedback on what to improve and why and you're free to push back on any of it.

So that's the offer. If you want a glimpse of D-day before the real one, go ahead and book the slot.

Looking forward to talking to you :)
