I am a Computer Science graduate(2016-2020) from Chandigarh University. I have started my career at Birlasoft in Testing field on Insurance Domain. I started with Functional Testing for few months, where I have to create Test Scenarios, writing Test Cases, Executing them and also raising defects. We were using ALM for that and later they introduced me to Automation. For Automation, We were using Selenium as an open-source Automation Tool with Java and TestNG as a Testing framework, GIT for Push and Pull the code, Jira for raising defect and we are using POM design pattern approach for the Project. Also I have knowledge of API Testing using Postman & RestAssured and also for Performance Testing using Jmeter. Also having knowledge of Jenkins. Later on I switched my job and joined Informatica as an QA Engineer. Here, I was working with UI Automation team members and mostly involved in UI automation. Here we were working on Data Preparation Domain. In INFORMATICA, we were using Selenium with Java, TestNG, Cucumber, RestAssured, Perforce, Jenkins and we are following POM design pattern. After a wonderful experience at INFORMATICA, I switched to Adidas as an SDET. Here, I'm a part of the Backend Automation team and mostly involved in backend testing and performance testing. In Adidas, We were using RestAssured, Java, Gatling, Docker, Kubernetes, Cucumber BDD Framework, Bitbucket, Confluence, Jenkins, Jenkins. I have recently made a switch from Adidas to Qualcomm as a Senior SDET. Here in Qualcomm, I'm a part of Backend Automation team as well as UI Automation for their cloud based product called Aware.
