Ravi is a serial mentor to many founders, MSME owners. He advises on strategy, growth and value creation by bringing his ground-level insights across the value chain. He is passionate to empower and grow other founders and help them take 1 to 10 Ravi started his entrepreneurial journey in his mid teens. Since then he has founded / co-founded multiple ventures in diverse sectors (with a couple leading ventures in its space). Currently, he focuses on 2 ventures: 1. Envirish (Bagichi); aiming to bring organic home grown green vegetables for Indian households 2. FESDIP; a non-profit with an ambition to connect the entire ecosystem of Skill Development & Education across Institutions and Personnel Alongside, he is currently mentoring 5 MSMEs (small startup founders) from FMCG (food), Clothing, Beauty & Wellness. He is also a frequent guest speaker at multiple forums on entrepreneurship, social innovation and service leadership His past experience includes leading large programs in skill development (FICCI), state-level waste management strategy (Assam), real estate construction (built 100+ homes in Punjab, Delhi)
