Continued Support

This is not just a one-time consultation call.

You will have one detailed consultation call through Topmate to discuss your requirement and finalize the financing structure. After the initial consultation, we will connect with you on WhatsApp for further discussions and small follow-up calls related to the same financing requirement.

No additional consultation fee will be charged for these follow-ups. You can reach out whenever required while working on the proposed financing.

Before the consultation:

You'll be asked to share the relevant CIBIL report, financial, banking, loan, property and project documents in advance so that the assessment, loan structure, CMA and Project Report are based on your actual numbers and existing position, rather than assumptions or estimates.

Please note:

This service includes loan structuring, Project Report, CMA Report, government scheme assessment and continued support for the same financing requirement. We shall not approach/ engage with the lenders as your consultants for the loan process.

It is not a guarantee of loan eligibility or loan sanction. Final approval, loan amount, pricing, collateral requirements and other terms remain at the discretion of the lending institution.
