He not only broke the ice during the first 10 seconds of the call which helped me ease up the conversation, he also pinpointed the areas I need to work on at first and gradually sought out a clear roadmap for me. At first, he gets a clear understanding of your profile and then analyses the goals you have set for yourself. This leads to a very friendly conversation which makes you seek for help with open arms without any hesitation. He is not at all time bounded.
