Acquired problem solving abilities while working on multiple project launch and implementation. Being an engagement manager(HR) also helped me connect with vendors. Gained expertise in Content creation in software (Articulate Storyline 2/360),content curation , publishing on LMS tool, content facilitation(Therapy / Product/ soft skills/ sales skills/ individual development programs/ managerial development programs/ leadership development programs) abiding by adult learning principles. Demonstrated leadership in quick decision making & communication. Helping organizations prosper through bridging the learning gap of individuals in business acumen, with experiential techniques. Still in the process of learning the new world of L&D and OD.
