Rasikraman Das is a monk, author and life-coach. Being a gold-medalist in engineering and an M.Tech from IIT Bombay with rich experience as a monk and life coach at ISKCON, he brings to the table a unique blend of new-age scientific temper and age-old traditional wisdom. He is the Founder Director of ‘InPlug Academy’ which aims to empower the youth with essential life skills and thus in turn create successful and fulfilled individuals, communities and organizations. He is also a professor at Dr Vivek Bindra's Bada Business. He has keen interest in the field of training and education and has been instrumental in developing the Bhaktivedanta Vidyapitha Research Center (affiliated to Mumbai University). He has served in various capacities with the Organizational Development committee of ISKCON GBC and has been an associate faculty with the GBC College for Leadership Development, which imparts training in spiritual leadership. He also conducts leadership and life skills workshops for students and working professionals. He has authored three books so far. His debut book- 'Being Srila Prabhupada-anugas” is a handbook of spiritual leadership based on the life and teachings of ISKCON's Founder-acharya Srila Prabhupada and has now been translated in several languages like Chinese, Russian etc. The first book of a sequence of two Life Skills books is ‘Be the Smarter You- Your Appstore for Success and Happiness’ aims at equipping individuals with skills for self-growth and interpersonal synergy, has been very well received by audiences all over the globe. The second book in the sequence ‘Be the Smarter You @ Workplace' is especially meant for entrepreneurs and working professionals.
