I'm a Mental Health Practitioner who finds immense joy in both practice and academia. Alongside my therapeutic work with adolescents and young adults, I am deeply engaged in research and education. Currently pursuing my Ph.D in Psychology at CHRIST (Deemed to be University) Delhi NCR Campus, my research explores the intersection of Neuropsychology and Cognitive Psychology. Simultaneously, I have the privilege of mentoring undergraduate and postgraduate students in various psychology subjects, fostering their passion for research and academic excellence. Drawing from a foundation of compassion, empathy, and a trauma-informed lens, I integrate insights from Psychodynamic, Humanistic, and modern psychological approaches into both my practice and academic endeavors.
