From economics to HR, my path has been shaped by a fascination with how organizations and their people create value together. At IMI New Delhi, I'm diving deeper into HR strategy while bringing practical insights from my experience at Xceedance, where I worked as an Underwriting Analyst. My time in diverse roles – from tutoring to underwriting – has taught me that the best results come from understanding both the human and business sides of any challenge. I've developed a particular interest in building inclusive workplaces and designing employee experiences that drive both engagement and results.
