Rashmi is an ICF-PCC credentialed leadership coach and Mentor based out of Luxembourg and has coached start-up founders and business leaders from FMCG, e-commerce, automotive and Tech on their critical career transitions, ability to build high performing teams, managing ambiguity and uncertainty, effective decision making and personal growth. After over a decade of experience in Human Resource with reputed organizations including ITC, Bosch, Alstom and countless hours of interaction with business leaders at various levels, she realized the power of unlocking human potential and its impact on growth of both the individual and the organization. Her pursuit led her to the field of “Coaching” and it was an instant “Love at first sight”. In her sessions, Rashmi uses various well-researched coaching methodologies/framework such as Constellation to identify patterns of stuck behaviors, Theory U that develops fresh prospective and strength-based approach to achieve desired outcome for her clients. Rashmi holds a Master’s Degree in Human Resources from Tata Institute of Social Sciences, Mumbai (TISS) and works with her alma-mater in coaching fresh minds to become effective future HR leaders. In addition to coaching, Rashmi aspires to create a meaningful impact in local communities and volunteers with IDCN Luxembourg, a non-profit association of local organization; MNCs that aim to support the professional integration of employee spouse/partner, and ASTI’s coach4work project that empowers individual of migrant/refugee origin to find job opportunities in Luxembourg. She keeps in touch with her meditative self by immersing herself in her everlasting love for painting and sharing her reflections on LinkedIn about motherhood, beautiful travel experiences and her own entrepreneurial coaching journey.
