Rashmi leads the finance, procurement and business advisory for in-house media at the Cabinet office of the Ontario Government. With innovation, experience and out-of-the-box capabilities she has transformed the financial, budget control monitoring and tracking process into a one-stop shop of business data, analysis and visualization. Her entrepreneurial mindset, negotiation and wisdom allow her to take the right business decisions bringing value for money and fulfilling organizational objectives at the same time. She also led the Resource Management and Business Transformation unit for the Province's Fair Safe and Healthy Workplaces Division.
