I possess 6.9+ years of experience in the Research & Analysis domain. Currently, I am working in a SaaS-based company called Synaptic as Research Manager and handling a team of Research Analysts. Before this, I was employed with a SaaS company called Draup (Formerly part of Zinnov Solutions) which is an AI-driven platform, as a Senior Analyst where I lead a team of Research Executives to do secondary research, data collection, and data analysis. I worked closely with technology, Product, Sales and Machine Learning teams to make the platform smooth and also was actively involved in end client communication and stakeholder management. I also worked at IIMB (Indian Institute of Management, Bangalore) as a Research Assistant in the Public Policy Department. As RA, I assisted my professor in her research projects. We understood each research project thoroughly and collect the experimental data and conduct an empirical analysis of different datasets using Stata and Excel. I have deep expertise in different economics models, elementary knowledge of SQL and Python and have been actively involved in managerial positions in my work experience. During my work experience I have worked on multiple Analytics tools such as SPSS, E-Views, Gretl, Tableau, R.
