Currently working as a Lead Business Analyst at Fidelity International, an asset management firm providing financial services to institutional and retail clients across various demographics(APAC and EMEA). Ranjan leads the performance and attribution space for various asset classes like Equities, Derivatives, Mutual Funds, Fixed Income, and Multi-asset products. The products and services range from creating analytics dashboards, generating performance and attribution reports by integrating with all the leading strategic data providers like Coppclark, Bloomberg, Factset, etc and using leading statistical tools. Formerly, Ranjan has also served as a Business Associate at Algoscale Technologies, a data science startup where his focus area was to lead the data science and web development teams for strategic implementation of ML&AI-based web applications. This includes managing multiple projects from inception till final deployment contributing to the overall revenue of the company by 45%. Having contributed to the technology and financial engineering space, Ranjan's key interests lie in using technology to solve business problems and generating valuable insights for senior stakeholders to make conscious data-driven business decisions.
