As a Director of Data Engineering at BT, I led a large team of Data and Cloud professionals who focused on accelerating data and cloud migration with Google Cloud Platform (GCP). With over 19 years of industry experience and an MBA from the Indian School of Business, I have a strong background in strategy, leadership, and marketing, as well as a deep understanding of the latest technologies and trends in Data and AI. I am passionate about driving digital transformation, innovation, and diversity across the organization. I have won several awards and recognitions for my work, such as the Coach of the Year Award in 2019, the Movers and Shakers Award for Digital Transformation Project of the Year, and the GSA UK finalist for Transformation Project of the Year. I am also part of Nasscom's Women Wizards Rule Tech Program and have led research collaborations with leading institutes in India. My goal is to leverage Data and AI to create value for the business and the customers, and to empower and mentor the next generation of Data and Cloud leaders.
