I've spent the last 15+ years in the IT industry, working across a range of roles including infrastructure management, IT audit, cloud migration, cybersecurity and training. Before moving into IT, I completed a Master's in Biomedicine and spent two years in research. That journey has given me the opportunity to experience different fields, roles and ways of working—and has also shaped how I think about careers. Careers don't always follow a straight line, and sometimes the most important career decisions aren't about finding the "right" answer, but about understanding what matters to you and making an informed choice. Over the years, through guest lectures, workshops, mentoring and career guidance conversations, I've enjoyed helping people think through questions about their education, careers and next steps. My approach is conversational and exploratory. I ask questions that make you think, help you examine your assumptions, and encourage you to look at a situation from different perspectives. When you're stuck, I'll help you explore practical ways forward. I don't believe my role is to tell you what decision to make—it's to help you develop the clarity to make a decision that is right for you. Outside of work, I enjoy reading, spending time in nature, and having good conversations with friends. I'm naturally curious and enjoy learning from people with different experiences and perspectives.
