I am the founder of Factor127, a boutique studio that helps leaders discover growth opportunities and teach their employees to do the same. With over 22 years of experience in driving breakthrough products, I have a passion for creating customer-centric solutions that deliver value and impact. Previously, I was the vice president of product and service innovation at Lloyd's Register, where I led the adoption of breakthrough innovation in the marine, energy & manufacturing sectors, resulting in significant growth and success. I also have a history of successfully launching new technology programs and products, as well as crowdfunding and inventing innovative solutions, in a range of industries, such as consumer electronics, household appliances, luxury goods and aquatic sports. Additionally, I am an adjunct lecturer on product strategy at Bezalel Academy of Art and Design, where I help master's students develop growth strategies working with real-world clients.
