▶︎𝐖𝐡𝐨 𝐚𝐦 𝐈? I am an Indian Chartered Accountant working on corporate tax matters in the Asia-Pacific region. My expertise include corporate tax compliance and controversy management, M&A structuring with a focus on tax and regulatory aspects, tax advisory on business/ commercial matter, cross border transactions. During my decade long professional career, I have gained experience in handling audits, direct and indirect taxation matters including compliance, advisory and litigation, due diligence, transaction documentation etc. Specifically, my experience includes working with technology companies both established ones and startups (such as in ride-sharing, food delivery, hyper-local delivery business). Having worked in different roles over the last decade, I look forward to manage and support various activities of a company in a growth phase such as managing investor relations, fund raise, expansion, M&A etc. from a finance, tax and regulatory standpoint. I am quiet excited about newer technologies and being a part of a leader in the cyber security, I spend a lot of my time learning about the concept of cyber-security, zero trust in security and a lot more around use of block chain, AI and ML in future (or the NOW) of security. I'm actively involved in bringing technology in tax processes and continue to build newer technical models to automate tax calculations and reporting.
