I’m Ram, a UX leader, mentor and educator with 25+ years of overall professional experience, including extensive experience across UX strategy, research, product design, enterprise UX, team leadership and digital transformation. A big part of my journey has always been about helping other designers grow. I have completed more than 10,000 minutes of UX mentoring on ADPList and have been recognised as a Top 1% Design Mentor among 30,000+ mentors, as well as a Top 10 Mentor in AI & UX. Beyond mentoring designers, I also enjoy working with students, aspiring professionals, entrepreneurs and startups. I have conducted UX and Product Research workshops with T-Hub Hyderabad, helping aspiring entrepreneurs understand their users, validate assumptions and apply UX research while developing their product ideas and prototypes. Over the years, I have worked with global product teams, built and mentored UX teams, contributed to complex enterprise products, and helped organisations connect user experience with measurable product and business outcomes. Today, one of my biggest areas of interest is the transformation happening at the intersection of UX + AI. I work with designers on understanding how AI is changing UX careers, research, design processes, portfolios, product thinking and the skills companies increasingly expect from UX professionals. My mentoring philosophy is simple: less theory, more clarity and practical direction. I won’t promise shortcuts or tell you what you want to hear.
