My rich prior experience on the demand side of talent, strengthened by Antal's laser focus on specialization helps my current work on the supply side, to place premium talent for my clients. Prior to Antal. I had a rich experience of about 25+ years across software Product Engineering, Product Management, core business operations, technology, and outsourced operations in the service of global customers. Offerings straddling Business Consulting, Technology Consulting, Corporate Strategy, Pre-sales, Solutioning, Bid Management, Transition, Global Delivery and Practice / Competency Building for global clients across IT and BPO sectors. Have worked in the BFSI, Healthcare, HR and SCM domains and headed large programs in information technology and business transformation programs across diverse technology stacks, solutions and service lines, leveraging domain expertise and technology delivery and program management best practices. I'm a detail oriented person and believe in dovetailing the detailed insights into the big picture of strategy and business objectives. I believe in the principle of "Many for the price of one" and so have handled multiple roles at any given time - often on my own initiative - to add value to my company. I'm proud of my learning attitude and fancy myself as "perpetual beta" here. My learning extends to not just formal academic courses and certification, but also on the job - from reports, peers, superiors and an extended ecosystem of my customers, business networks and society, with whom I collaborate. In the area of team leadership and thought leadership, I have believed in a dynamic balance between directional steer and enablement and keenness to listen to diverse viewpoints. Oh, and I do believe that humor is vastly underrated in the workplace... My formal academic qualification includes a regular full-time MBA / PGDM from an elite B School, Basic B Sc. degree in Mathematics, and globally accredited certifications like PMP and ITIL v3 (Foundation). Have also cleared the LOMA Level 1 in Insurance and a Basics of Banking course. Am pursuing a few more actively.
