► 10+ years of experience as in-house legal counsel in the energy sector MNCs and domestic companies ► Proficient in legal risk mitigation, and dispute prevention approaches with business acumen ► Team leader and individual contributor ► Contracts: Commercial Contracts, Construction Contracts, Service Agreements, Master/Framework agreements for goods and services, NDAs, Development Agreements ► Dispute Resolution: Arbitration and court litigation related to the energy and construction sector ► Experienced in working with international business stakeholders and legal consultants. ► Extensive experience in business development due diligence and legal assistance on the sectoral regulatory framework.
