I am a learning and innovation leader with over 23 years of experience in the education and IT sectors. I have a CGBL degree from U21 Global Graduate School and a B.Sc degree in Chemistry from Loyola College Chennai. My mission is to enable and empower learning and innovation in the education and IT sectors. Most recently, I was the Chief Delivery Officer at TALENTELY Innovative Solutions Private Limited, where I co-created a custom LMS and TMS platform that enhanced the learning experience and outcomes for educational institutions. I also managed stakeholder relationships with NASSCOM and drove technical program delivery across various domains and technologies. Previously, I led the Knowledge Management and Academy CoE at Capgemini, where I advised accounts on delivery excellence, designed learning models and curricula, and facilitated professional and leadership skills. I have a proven track record of driving productivity, automation, and customer delight through digital levers, tools, and methods.
