My passion for new product and process development has resulted in the creation of numerous concepts in the Cafe, Restaurant, Airline catering, On-line brands (dark kitchens), and Convenience Store verticals including many path-breaking and innovative products, Freeze to Re-generate food products and trend setting beverage innovations.
